been a relatively quiet offseason for the New York Yankees.
While usually being in the thick of things for just about every big-name free agent every offseason; the Bronx Bombers haven't appeared much at all when it comes to names like Josh Hamilton, Zack Greinke, Nick Swisher or Anibal Sanchez.
In fact, it seems like the only name that has really stuck out when it comes to talking about the Yankees is the formerly despised Kevin Youkilis.
The Yankees have had an offer on the table for almost a week now, according to Bryan Hoch, who reported the deal on December 6:
